The purchase receipt must be presented with the warrany card when
making a claim. If the receipt of purchase is not presented, then the warranty is invalid.
The warranty must be written in Polish language. It must be readibly and corectly filled in, stamped and signed by dealer and customer.
Proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt) with data that matches those from warranty card.
If one of the above mentioned documens is not presented or is incorectly filled in the warranty repair in not valid. The customer may be charged with repair costs. The conditional warranty repair may be conducted with warranty period counted from the production date.
IF THE MENTIONED ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PRESENTED THEN THE WARRANTY REPAIR IS NOT CONDUCTED.
LCD monitor - must be properly packed in original box together with stropian parts, any external hardware or media must be enclosed
Plasma/LCD TV – must be returned with any external hardware or media, product must be adequately packed for transoprt in original box and styropian parts.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
If the product is not properly packed in original box after inspection and the necessity of sending the product to Samsung Central Service Center “Limes” Service shall not be responsible for any damage during transport. Customer shall be responsible for any claims regarding mechanical damages that occur during transport and shall ctact transprt agency.
FOR DEALER/RETAILER
The decument required for pro purchase repair shall be written pro purschase commission.
Pro puchase document shall include:
ENTITY DETAILS
TYPE
SERIAL NUMBER
DATE OF PURCHASE
DATE OF CLAIM
DESCRITION OF DAMAGE
Such document shall be signed and stamped by dealer.
